These Terms of Use apply to the Stay & Fish website, member accounts and digital features made available through Stay & Fish.

Not every feature described on the website may be available at all times.

Stay & Fish may introduce, test, change, limit, suspend or withdraw features as the service develops.

Some features require a Stay & Fish member account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate registration information
• keeping your login details secure
• maintaining access to your registered email address
• activity carried out through your account
• notifying Stay & Fish if you believe your account has been compromised

You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, or misuse another person's account.

Stay & Fish may require email verification or other reasonable account checks.

Stay & Fish currently provides free member access to selected features.

Certain features may later require a paid subscription, club entitlement, separate purchase or other qualifying access.

Where paid services are introduced, pricing, renewal terms and any additional conditions will be shown before purchase.

Creating a free account does not commit you to a future paid subscription.

Stay & Fish may provide social, community, club or member-to-member features.

Members must participate respectfully and lawfully.

You must not use community features to:

These tools do not guarantee access, fishing conditions, fish presence, safety, weather, transport, accommodation or availability.

Members remain responsible for checking current conditions and official information before travelling or fishing.

Stay & Fish may provide AI-assisted features, including Ask the Gillie.

Responses may be generated using Stay & Fish guides, fishing journals, uploaded reference material, public information, member context or artificial intelligence systems.

AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

They are provided for general guidance and convenience only and should not be treated as an authoritative source where current accuracy matters.

You should independently verify important information including:

• fishing regulations
• seasons
• licences and permits
• access arrangements
• navigation or boating conditions
• weather warnings
• safety information
• local restrictions
• official fisheries information

AI-assisted tools must not be used as a substitute for official or professional advice.

Reasonable care is taken when preparing Stay & Fish content, but information may change, contain errors or become outdated.

Fishing, boating, travel and outdoor activity involve inherent risks.

You remain responsible for:

• your own safety
• permissions and access
